Credit and debit cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and many more. You can make your purchases, knowing that your transactions are protected by the security of Shopify Payments.

Taxes

The prices displayed on our website include VAT and customs duties for the following countries:

Italy, Europe, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, South Korea.

For all the other countries, any customs duties and import taxes are responsibility of the customer. These amounts must be paid directly to the courier according to the instructions provided by him.

Please note that if the package is not collected by the customer, Collenuccio 16 s.r.l., reserves the right to deduct a minimum of €100 from the refund,in addition to the automatic return costs, which vary depending on each Country.

This condition, where applicable, requires express acceptance by the customer, during the check-out process, in order to proceed with the purchase.

Since it is not possible to determine the amount of duties and taxes in advance, we recommend contacting the customs office of the country of destination to obtain detailed information on the matter.
